Ok, pull your knees up...gently put your knees to the left, spread your arms and put your head to the right !

That is yin yang yoga, now.

So, now we do that for half an hour, then knees and head to the other side  ....for half an hour. We do not think of a pink elephant ! That's yoga ! That's what yoga is all about, do not think of a pink elephant !

If you think of a pink elephant, you're out ! You can leave. You're out. You can go out now.

Wat schoot ik daarvan in de lach ! Al die serieuze yoga deelnemers, de humor van een man. Ben ik ooit in de lach geschoten om een vrouw ? En altijd willen ze maar serieus genomen worden. Doe ik niet. Bekijk 't. Heb wel wat beters te doen. En tegelijkertijd wat is dat top, yoga, gegeven door een knappe dame.
